[摘要]目的：探讨胸廓内动脉第2肋间隙穿支皮瓣在胸骨前肿物切除后创面修复中的临床疗效。方法：2016年1月-2019年1月
笔者科室收治8例胸骨前肿物患者，术后病理示瘢痕疙瘩5例，基底细胞癌2例，鳞状细胞癌1例。术中将肿物完整切除后送病
理显示边缘基底阴性后，解剖胸廓内动脉第2肋间隙穿支皮瓣旋转修复创面，供瓣区皮下充分游离后减张缝合。结果：8例患
者皮瓣全部成活，功能及形态较为满意。结论：胸廓内动脉第2肋间隙穿支皮瓣适用于胸骨前肿物切除后创面的修复，可获
得良好的功能和形态。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of second intercostal internal mammary artery perforator fasciocutaneous
flap(IMAP) for the treatment of tumor excised defects in sternal region. Methods From January 2016 to January 2019, 8
patients with anterior sternal mass were treated in our department. Postoperative pathology showed keloid in 5 cases, basal
cell carcinoma in 2 cases and squamous cell carcinoma in one case. The second intercostal internal mammary artery perforator
fasciocutaneous flap was dissected to repair the wound after the tumor was completely removed and the pathological findings
were negative. Results All 8 flaps survived completely with satisfied appearance and function. Meanwhile, The defects at
donor sites were closed directly. Conclusion The IMAP flap is very suitable for the treatment of mass excised defects in sternal
region with less morbidity at donor site.
