摘要:
目的:分析基底细胞癌患者皮肤菌群特征。方法:将2016年1月-2019年12月于笔者医院接诊的BCC患者63例作为BCC组,并纳入同期接诊的常规患者138例作为对照组。对两组患者做倾向性评分匹配,比较两组的一般临床资料和皮肤微生物菌群情况等,并分析皮肤菌群特征与BCC的相关性。结果:两组患者经倾向性评分匹配后有53组配对成功,匹配后两组一般资料对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);BCC组皮肤菌群多样性低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCA结果显示,两组间能显著区分。LEfse多级物种差异判别分析显示:在属水平上,对照组与BCC组均有4个菌属丰度更高;对照组患者中丙型链球菌、梭杆菌、嗜血杆菌及普雷沃菌丰度较高;而在BBC组中弯曲杆菌、巴氏杆菌、普氏杆菌及奈瑟菌丰度较高。结论:分析BCC的皮肤菌群特征显示,弯曲杆菌、巴氏杆菌、普氏杆菌及奈瑟菌丰度较高,可能与BCC的发生有关。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the characteristics of skin flora of patients with basal cell carcinoma(BCC). Methods The 63 patients with BCC who were admitted to the author’s hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were taken as the BCC group, and 138 routine patients received during the same period were included as the control group. The two groups of patients were matched with propensity scores, and the general clinical data and skin microbial flora of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between skin flora characteristics and BCC was analyzed. Results After matching of propensity scores, the two groups of patients were successfully matched with 53 groups. After matching, the general data of the two groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05), the diversity of skin flora in the BCC group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant Significance (P<0.05). The PCA results showed that the two groups could be distinguished significantly. LEfse multi-level species difference discriminant analysis showed that at the genus level, the control group and the BCC group had 4 bacterial genera with higher abundance; in the control group, streptococcus, Fusobacterium, Haemophilus and Prevotella The abundance is higher; in the BBC group, Campylobacter, Pasteurella, Prevotella and Neisseria have higher abundance. Conclusion Analysis of the characteristics of the skin flora of BCC showed that Campylobacter, Pasteurella, Prevotella and Neisseria are relatively abundant, which may be related to the occurrence of BCC
