摘要:
目的：探讨鼻内镜下治疗鼻骨骨折伴外伤性鼻中隔偏曲的安全性及美学效果。方法：将收治的72例鼻骨骨折伴外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者随机分为常规组和治疗组，每组36例。常规组采用传统手术治疗，治疗组采用鼻内镜下手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后鼻通气功能、术后并发症和术后鼻部的美学效果。结果：治疗组患者的总有效率高于常规组，术后并发症的总发生率低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与术前相比，两组患者术后6个月的鼻通气功能视觉模拟量表VAS（视觉模拟评分法）评分和鼻部美学效果VAS评分均降低，且治疗组低于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：鼻内镜下治疗鼻骨骨折伴外伤性鼻中隔偏曲患者疗效和美学效果显著，安全性高，值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the safety and aesthetic effect of nasal endoscopic treatment of nasal bone fracture with traumatic nasal septum deviation. Methods 72 cases of nasal fracture with traumatic septal deviation were randomly divided into two groups: routine group and treatment group, 36 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated by traditional operation, and the treatment group was operated under nasal endoscope. The clinical effect, postoperative ventilation function, postoperative complications and aesthetic effect of the nasal part were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the conventional group (P ＜0.05). Compared with the preoperative, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score and nasal aesthetic effect VAS score of the two groups were lower than those in the conventional group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of nasal bone fracture with traumatic deviation of nasal septum has significant curative effect and aesthetic effect with high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
