摘要:
目的：探究A型肉毒毒素注射联合强脉冲光（Intense pulsed light，IPL)治疗玫瑰痤疮的美学效果以及安全性。 方法：选取2019年10月-2020年10月在笔者医院接受治疗的94例玫瑰痤疮患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为观察组 （n=49）和对照组（n=45）。其中观察组患者采用A型肉毒毒素联合IPL治疗，对照组患者仅采用IPL治疗，对比两组相关参 数。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），半年复发率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者红斑、 丘疹脓疱、瘙痒、毛细血管扩张评分以及心理状态指标焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS）、抑郁自评量表 （Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分、皮肤病生活质量指数（Dermatology life quality index,DLQI）均低于对 照组（P＜0.05）。结论：A型肉毒毒素注射联合DPL可有效改善玫瑰痤疮临床症状、改善患者心理状态，显著提高治疗效果 以及患者的生活质量，降低复发率，且具有较高的安全性，值得在临床中推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the cosmetic effect and safety of botulinum toxin A injection combined with intense pulsed light (IPL) in the treatment of acne rosacea. Methods Ninety-four patients with acne rosacea treated in the hospital between October 2019 and October 2020 were selected, and divided into observation group (n=49) and control group (n=45) by random number table method. Patients in the observation group were treated with botulinum toxin A injection and IPL, while patients in the control group were treated with IPL alone. Comparison was made between the 2 groups on relevant parameters. Results The total response rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05), and half-year recurrence rate was lower than the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment, the observation group had lower scores of erythema, papulopustule, pruritus and telangiectasia, the Self-rating anxiety scale, Self-rating depression scale and dermatology life quality index (P＜0.05). Conclusion Botulinum toxin A injection combined with IPL can effectively improve clinical symptoms, psychological states, treatment effect and quality of life of patients with acne rosacea, and reduce the recurrence rate, with high safety.
