目的:观察5S健康教育对提高产后妊娠纹治疗患者认知水平的效果。方法:选择2020年2月-2021年2月于笔者医院 就诊的106例产后妊娠纹患者,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=54),两组均进行1 565 nm非剥脱点 阵激光治疗妊娠纹,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上另行5S健康教育护理。比较护理前后两组妊娠纹治疗患 者认知水平、情绪状态、社会功能及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者对妊娠纹的认知水平(妊娠纹症状、妊娠纹 自然预后、妊娠纹可否治疗、妊娠纹治疗时效)较护理前显著提高,且观察组知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意 义(P<0.05)。两组消极情绪状态[焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)]评分较护理前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组皮肤 病生活质量指数量表(Dermatology life quality index,DLQI)评分较干预前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异 有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.15%显著高于对照组的81.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 5S健康教育能提高产后妊娠纹治疗患者认知水平,改善患者消极心态,提高社会功能,进而提高患者护理满意度,值得临床 推广。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the eff ect of 5S health education on improving the cognitive level of patients with postpartum stretch marks. Methods 106 patients with postpartum stretch marks treated in the hospital were selected between February 2020 and February 2021, and were randomly divided into the observation group (n=52) and the control group (n=54) according to the random number table method. Both groups of patients underwent 1 565 nm non-ablative fractional laser treatment, and the control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was combined with 5S health education nursing on the basis of the control group. The cognitive level, emotional status, social function and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients with stretch mark treatment were compared before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the cognition level of stretch marks (stretch marks symptoms, natural prognosis of stretch marks, presence or absence of treatment for stretch marks, duration of stretch marks treatment) in the two groups were signifi cantly higher than those before nursing, the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P<0.05). And the awareness rates after nursing in the observation group weresignifi cantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of negative emotional status (SAS, SDS) of the two groups of patients were signifi cantly decreased compared with those before nursing (P<0.05). And the scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The DLQI scores of the two groups after intervention were signifi cantly decreased compared with those before intervention (P<0.05). And the scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%, significantly higher than that of the control group (81.48%, P<0.05). Conclusion 5S health education can enhance the cognitive level, improve the negative status and promote the social function of patients with postpartum stretch marks treatment, thus improving nursing satisfaction of patients.
