摘要:
目的:通过Think View皮肤影像分析仪定量评估强脉冲光(Intense pulsed light,IPL)对面部光老化的治疗效 果。方法:随机选取来笔者科室门诊就诊的40例需行IPL治疗的面部光老化就医者,共行6次治疗(1次/月),治疗前、后利 用Think View皮肤影像分析仪检测皮肤的色斑、红血丝、皱纹、毛孔情况。结果:面部光老化就医者经过6次IPL治疗后,皮 肤的色斑、毛细血管扩张、皱纹、毛孔值均显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Think View皮肤影像分析仪 可客观准确地评价IPL治疗面部光老化的效果,提高就医者满意度,对IPL的治疗具有一定临床指导意义。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intensive pulsed light (IPL) in the treatment of facial photoaging with Think View skin image analyzer. Methods Forty patients with facial photoaging were randomly selected from our outpatient department, and were treatment a total of 6 times with IPL (once a month). Data, including skin colour spots, red blood lines, wrinkles and pores, were collected by the Think View skin image analyzer to compare the differences of patients before and after treatment. Results After IPL treatment, the value of skin colour spots, red blood lines, wrinkles and pores was decreased signifi cantly. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Think View skin image analyzer can evaluate more objectively and accurately the effects of IPL in the treatment of facial photoaging, improve patient’s satisfaction degree, and provide a certain amount of clinical information for the treatment of IPL.
