摘要:
目的：探究家庭式护理路径对手部多指患儿矫治效果及其情绪状态的影响。方法：选择2018年1月-2019年12月来笔 者医院进行矫治的手部多指患儿156例，按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组，各78例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组 采用家庭式护理路径。比较两组干预后的矫治效果、主观状态评分[Michigan手功能评价表（the Michigan hand outcomes questionnaire，MHQ）]及生活质量[日常生活活动能力量表（Activity of daily living scale，ADL）]，比较两组干预 前后焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）及抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评分。 结果：干预后，观察组的矫治优良率为91.03%，高于对照组的79.49%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组疼痛评分为 分低于对照组，整体手功能、外观、日常活动、满意度及工作状况评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观 察组SAS、SDS评分分别为（39.17±2.64）分、（41.25±2.12）分，均低于对照组的（41.56±3.22）分、（43.38±2.65） 分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的进食、洗脸、刷牙、梳头、穿衣、穿鞋、剪指甲的评分均高于对照组，差异 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：家庭式护理路径能有效提高手部多指患儿的矫治效果，改善其手功能主观状态及其不良 情绪，提高患儿生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the eff ects of home-based nursing pathways on correction eff ect and emotional state in children with multiple fi ngers. Methods A total of 156 children with multiple fi ngers undergoing correction in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 78 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing methods, while the observation group was given home-based nursing pathways. The curative eff ect, subjective state score (MHQ) and quality of life (ADL) of the two groups after intervention were compared. SAS and SDS scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.03% higher than that in the control group (79.49%), the diff erence was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). Pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while scores of overall hand function, appearance, daily activities, satisfaction and work status were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were (39.17±2.64) points and (41.25±2.12) points, lower than those in the control group [(41.56±3.22) points, (43.38±2.65) points], the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). The ADL scores [eating, washing face, brushing teeth, combing hair, dressing, wearing shoes, trimming nails] in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The home-based nursing pathways can eff ectively improve correlation eff ect, subjective status of hand function, negative emotions and quality of life in children with congenital hand malformations.
