摘要:
目的:探究童趣化图文宣教配合互动式护理在儿童唇腭裂整形术中的应用。方法:选择2020年2月-2022年2月来笔者 医院行唇腭裂整形术患儿104例为研究对象,按照随机数表法,分成观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=52)。对照组采用常规护 理方式,观察组采用童趣化图文宣教配合互动式护理。比较两组术后愈合时间、住院时间、家长满意度、术后并发症情况, 比较两组干预前后疼痛情况、不良情绪及生存质量。结果:观察组患儿术后愈合时间、住院时间分别为(26.35±4.02)d、 (9.78±1.06)d均短于对照组的(32.48±5.19)d、(14.23±1.84)d,家长满意度为(91.62±3.41)分高于对照组的 (80.54±3.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的CHEOPS、HAMA、HAMD评分分别为(2.53±0.79) 分、(6.23±2.17)分、(8.07±1.24)分,均低于对照组(4.76±1.23)分、(8.46±3.81)分、(13.52±2.09) 分;观察组生理功能、社会功能、角色功能、情感功能评分分别为(86.39±4.52)分、(89.26±5.41)分、 (83.16±4.81)分、(82.47±5.33)分,均高于对照组的(81.17±4.36)分、(83.12±5.27)分、(75.03±4.59) 分、(76.05±4.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染、复裂及喉头水肿发生率与对照组比较,差异 无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:童趣化图文宣教配合互动式护理有助于唇腭裂整形术患儿恢复,能改善其疼痛及不良情 绪,提高患儿生存质量,家长满意度度高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of childlike graphic education combined with interactive nursing in children undergoing cleft lip and palate plastic surgery. Methods A total of 104 children undergoing cleft lip and palate plastic surgery in the hospital were enrolled between February 2020 and February 2022. According to random number table method, they were divided into the observation group (n=52) and the control group (n=52). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given childlike graphic education combined with interactive nursing. The healing time, hospitalization time, parental satisfaction and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared between the two groups. The pain, bad mood and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The postoperative healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were (26.35±4.02)d and (9.78±1.06)d, shorter than those in the control group [(32.48±5.19)d, (14.23±1.84)d], the diff erences were statistically signifi cant (P<0.05). And score of parental satisfaction was higher than that in the control group [(91.62±3.41) points vs (80.54±3.67) points, P<0.05]. After intervention, scores of CHEOPS, HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were (2.53±0.79) points, (6.23±2.17) points and (8.07±1.24) points, lower than those in the control group [(4.76±1.23) points, (8.46±3.81) points, (13.52±2.09) points, P<0.05]. After intervention, scores of physiological function, social function, role function and emotional function in the observation group were (86.39±4.52) points, (89.26±5.41) points, (83.16±4.81) points and (82.47±5.33) points, higher than those in the control group [(81.17±4.36) points, (83.12±5.27) points, (75.03±4.59) points, (76.05±4.26) points, P<0.05]. There were no signifi cant diff erences between the observation group and the control group in the incidence of postoperative infection, cleft and laryngealedema (P>0.05). Conclusion Childlike graphic education combined with interactive nursing is conducive to the recovery of children undergoing cleft lip and palate plastic surgery, which can relieve pain and negative emotions, and improve quality of life, with high parental satisfaction.
