摘要:
目的：通过探讨先天性小耳畸形患儿的心理健康状态、生活质量，为先天性小耳畸形患儿的身心健康及生活质量的改 善提供理论依据。方法：纳入自2019年1月笔者医院收治的149例先天性小耳畸形患儿为研究对象，心理健康状况用儿童青少 年心理健康量表（Mental health scale for child and adolescent，MHS-CA）测评，同时生活质量状态应用儿少主观生活 质量问卷（Inventory of subjective life quality，ISLQ）进行调查，分析问卷调查结果。结果：本研究149例中，在儿 童青少年心理健康量表中个性纬度、意志行为、情绪纬度均低于常模，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；认知纬度和思维纬 度与常模比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。儿少主观生活质量问卷中共发放问卷149份，收回147份，其中情感部分中躯 体情绪、焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分均低于常模，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；而认知部分中家庭生活、生活环境、学校 生活、同学生活、自我认知评分与常模比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：先天性小耳畸形患儿普遍存在焦虑、抑 郁情绪，在自信、人际交往方面缺乏主动性、积极性，其心理状况及生活质量均不理想，临床应引起足够重视。
Abstract:
Objective To provide theoretical basis for the improvement of physical and mental health and quality of life of children with congenital microtia, the mental health status and quality of life of children with congenital microtia were investigated. Methods A total of 149 patients with congenital microtia in children and adolescents treated in our hospital since January 2019 were enrolled. Mental health was assessed by MHS-CA, and quality of life was investigated by ISLQ, the results of the questionnaire was analyzed. Results Among the 149 cases in this study, the personality latitude, will behavior and emotional latitude in the mental health scale of children and adolescents were lower than the norm, and the diff erences were statistically significant (P＜0.01). There were no significant difference between cognitive latitude and thinking latitude and the norm (P＞0.05). ISLQ issued 149 questionnaires and recovered 147. The scores of somatic emotion, anxiety emotion and depression emotion in the emotional part were lower than the norm (P＜0.01). However, there were no signifi cant diff erence between the scores of family life, living environment, school life, classmate life and self cognition in the cognitive part and the norm (P＞0.05). Conclusion Children with congenital microtia generally have anxiety and depression, lack initiative and enthusiasm in self-confi dence and interpersonal communication, and their psychological status and quality of life are not ideal, which should be paid enough attention to clinically.
