摘要:
胶原蛋白具有良好的组织相容、生物降解安全、凝血性等生物学活性,且低毒、抗原性弱,能诱导细胞生长、促进创 伤修复。目前,应用最广的胶原蛋白敷料主要来自陆生哺乳动物,但存在动物传染病传播的风险,宗教信仰和地方习俗的限 制。水母体内有丰富的胶原蛋白,且来源充足、产量高,与传统哺乳动物Ⅰ型胶原蛋白有着相似的生物学性能,可作为良好 的胶原蛋白敷料来源。本文介绍了水母胶原蛋白的提取、交联改性,以及其在创伤修复方面的研究进展,包括其止血性能、 皮肤修复、骨软骨修复、口服促愈合作用及其抵御微生物感染等功能,为其以后在创伤修复领域的研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Collagen is the most studied protein due to its special characteristics that are high biocompatibility, good bioactivity, and weak antigenicity. But the outbreak of varied diseases among land animals and religious restrictions posed threat to its utilization in our daily life. Jellyfish collagen reveal an alternative for the mammal collagen.The present article deals with a brief description of Jellyfish collagen,its characteristics, extraction, crosslink and their biological activities in woundhealing.potential use and application in hemostasis, skin-repair, bone-repair, cartilage-repair, oral-function and antimicrobial activity. All aspects suggest that jellyfish collagen could be an interesting source of repair metiral with promising applications in wound-healing. A small number of applications of jellyfish collagen have by now been recognized, and many more are waiting to be revealed in the future.
