目的：探讨伢典微创去龋法治疗乳牙龋病的有效性及安全性。方法：连续性纳入2019年1月-2020年12月笔者医院收 治的80例(共80颗龋齿)乳牙龋病患儿，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组患儿采用传统涡轮机去 龋，观察组患儿采用伢典微创去龋，两组去龋后均采用自酸蚀粘接剂联合复合树脂填充治疗。比较两组的治疗有效率，治疗 前、治疗后即刻、治疗后1个月及3个月牙龈指数及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组 （80.00%），差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗前，两组牙龈指数比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后即刻、1个 月及3个月，观察组患儿牙龈指数均明显低于对照组[(1.50±0.72)分、(1.33±0.54)分、(1.10±0.24)分 vs (2.79±0.85) 分、(2.25±0.62)分、(1.51±0.70)分]，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组总并发症发生率(5.00%）明显低于对照组 (25.00%) ，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：伢典微创去龋法治疗乳牙龋病安全有效，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the effi cacy and safety of corisolv for minimally invasive caries removal in the treatment of deciduous tooth caries. Methods A total of 80 children (80 dental caries) with deciduous tooth caries who were included in the author’s hospital from January 2019 to December 2020. Those children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The children were treated with raditional turbines technique caries removal in the control group,and the children were added corisolv for minimally invasive caries in the observation group. Then all patients were fi lled with self-etching binder combined with composite resin. The therapeutic eff ect and the gingival index before treatment, immediately after treatment,at 1 month and 3 months after treatment and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total eff ective rate in observation group (97.50% ）was signifi cantly higher than that in control group (80.00%), the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05).Before treatment, the diff erence in gingival index between the two groups was not statistically signifi cant(P ＞0.05). At immediately, 1 month and 3 months after treatment, the gingival index in observation group were signifi cantly lower than that in control group [(1.50±0.72)scores, (1.33±0.54) scores, (1.10±0.24)scores vs (2.79±0.85)scores, (2.25±0.62)scores, (1.51±0.70)scores],the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). The occurrence rate of complications(5.00% vs 25.00%) in observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The corisolv for minimally invasive caries removal is safe and eff ective in the treatment of deciduous tooth caries, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
