摘要:
目的:用锥形束CT(Cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)对不同腭平面倾斜度骨性Ⅱ类成年女性腭侧骨皮质厚度 进行对比研究,为腭侧微种植体支抗植入提供依据。方法:从2015年1月1日-2022年9月1日就诊于新疆医科大学第二附属 医院口腔科的骨性Ⅱ类成年女性中随机抽取60例患者作为研究对象,对其腭平面倾斜度进行测量并分组,-2.5°≤∠PPFH≤4.5°为平行组,∠PP-FH<-2.5°为顺时针方向组。再将以上患者的CBCT导入Mimics 22.0医学建模软件中,对每位 患者的CBCT图像进行重建,并在切牙孔后方每隔3 mm处定点,共27个位点、构成9个测量区域,对各位点骨皮质厚度进行测 量。结果:骨性Ⅱ类成年女性腭前份与腭中缝区和腭旁区构成的A区和D区,以及腭后份与腭旁区构成的I区的腭侧骨皮质厚 度组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且腭平面顺时针旋转组腭侧骨皮质厚度大于平行组。结论:不同腭平面倾 斜度的骨性Ⅱ类成年女性腭部骨皮质厚度间存在差异,在腭侧植入微种植体支抗前应该对不同腭平面倾斜度人群的腭部骨皮 质厚度进行充分评估。
Abstract:
Objective The aim of present study is to compare the thickness of palatal bone cortex with diff erent palatal plane inclination,and provide the basis for palatal mini-screw implantation. Methods 60 adult women were selected randomly from the Second Affi liated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 1,2015 to September 1,2022 were measured and grouped based on their palatal plane inclination. PP-FH as parallel group between -2.5°and 4.5°and PP-FH ≤-2.5° as clockwise group. The CBCT of the above patients were introduced into Mimics 22.0 medical modeling software, and the CBCT images of each patient were reconstructed, and 27 sites were every 3 mm behind the incisor foramina, forming 9 measurement areas, and the cortical thickness of each point was measured. Results The thickness of the A, D areas and the I areas were different between the two groups (P <0.05), and the palatal plane was greater than that of the parallel group. Conclusion The thickness of palatal bone cortex are diff erent in adult women with diff erent palate plane inclination, and the cortical bone thickness should be fully evaluated before palatal mini-screw implantation.
