摘要:: 本文患者为年轻女性，骨性Ⅱ类，下颌先天性缺失一颗恒切牙，因面突、牙齿前突、不齐求治。根据患者的具体情况，采取个性化治疗方案。拔除14、24、26，35、45、47，矫正28、48，关闭所有拔牙间隙。患者治疗后前牙覆牙合覆盖正常，右侧尖牙及磨牙Ⅰ类关系，左侧尖牙及磨牙为Ⅲ类关系。

Abstract:: s: This article reported a young female with Skeletal Ⅱ Malocclusion and congenitally missing mandibular incisor, whose chief complaints were facial protrusion, teeth protrusion and misaligned teeth. According to the specifi c situation of the patient, an individualized treatment plan is adopted. Not only the maxillary fi rst premolars and the mandible second premolars, but also the maxillary left fi rst molar and the mandible second molar were extracted to level and align arch, while retaining two third molars in the orthodontic treatment. Fianlly, all the extraction spaces were closed. After treatment, overbite and overjet were normal. The treatment successfully achieved Class Ⅰ relationship of the right canine and molar and a mild Class Ⅲ relationship for the left canine and molar.
