摘要:
目的：观察毛囊去皮分离法对毛发移植成活率的影响。方法：选择2018年1月-2018年4月笔者科室收治的48例接受自 体毛发移植手术的雄激素性脱发（Androgenetic alopecia，AGA）男性患者为研究对象，毛囊分离过程中去除皮脂腺开口 以上皮肤。术后评估毛囊脱落率、毛囊存活率及患者满意度。结果：术后，所有患者受区即刻外观良好，患者满意；术后 2 周，部分移植毛囊毛发脱落；术后3个月毛发脱落率为（45.26±0.99）%，无明显并发症；术后1年，移植毛囊成活率为 （96.52±0.11）%，所有患者对手术效果满意。结论：在毛发移植中采用毛囊去皮分离法不影响毛囊的存活率，可防止受区 术后出现“鸡皮疙瘩”外观，能够提高术后即刻患者的满意度，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the eff ect of de-epithelialization on the survival rate of transplanted hair follicles. Methods 48 AGA male patients treated in the author’s department from January 2018 to April 2018 who received autologous hair transplantation were selected as the research objects. The skin above the opening of sebacid glands was removed during the hair follicle separation process. The rate of hair follicle shedding,survival rate of hair follicle and patient satisfaction were evaluated after surgery. Results After surgery,all patients had good appearance immediately and were satisfi ed. At 2 weeks after surgery,partial hair follicle hair loss. The hair loss rate was (45.26±0. 99)% 3 months after operation,and there were no obvious complications. One year after surgery,the survival rate of hair follicle transplantation was (96.52±0.11)%,and all patients were satisfi ed with the operation eff ect. Conclusion The use of hair follicle peeling separation in hair transplantation does not aff ect the survival rate of hair follicles, can prevent the appearance of "goosebumps" after the operation of the affected area, can improve the satisfaction of patients immediately after the operation, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
