摘要:
目的:分析倍舒痕硅凝胶联合长脉宽1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗面部烧伤后色素沉着的效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年 11 月于笔者医院就诊的106例面部烧伤后色素沉着患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组接受单纯倍舒 痕硅凝胶外涂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合长脉宽1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗2个月及治疗后的面 部色素沉着面积评分及严重程度评分;比较两组患者治疗后6个月的临床疗效及满意度;记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情 况。结果:两组治疗前面部色素沉着面积评分及严重程度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2个月及治疗 后两组上述评分呈下降趋势,且观察组显著低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05);治疗后6个月观察组临床疗效优于对照 组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月的色素沉着改善评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗满意度总分比较差异无统 计学意义(P>0.05);治疗过程中,所有患者均可耐受疼痛,观察组部分患者局部出现红肿、水疱,均于2~3 d后自行消 退。结论:倍舒痕硅凝胶联合长脉宽1 064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗面部烧伤后色素沉着效果显著,安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the eff ects of Dermatix Ultra silica gel combined with long pulse width 1064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser on facial post-burn pigmentation. Methods 106 patients with facial post-burn pigmentation who were treated in the author’s hospital between July 2018 and November 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by means of the random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received Dermatix Ultra silica gel alone, while the observation group was combined with long pulse width 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser treatment on the basis of the control group. The facial pigmentation area score and severity score were compared between the two groups before treatment, after 2 months of treatment and at the end of treatment. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared at 6 months after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded in the two groups. Results There were no statistical diff erences in the facial pigmentation area score and severity score between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05), and the above scores in the two groups showed downward trends after 2 months of treatment and at the end of treatment, and the scores in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The clinical effi cacy in the observation group at 6 months after treatment was better compared to the control group (P<0.05). The pigmentation improvement score at 6 months after treatment was signifi cantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P <0.05), but there was no statistical signifi cance in the total treatment satisfaction score between the two groups (P >0.05). During treatment, all patients were resistant to pain, and patients in the observation group had local redness and swelling and blisters, which subsided spontaneously after 2-3 days. Conclusion Dermatix Ultra silica gel combined with long pulse width 1 064 nm Nd ∶YAG laser has signifi cant eff ects and high safety in the treatment of facial post-burn pigmentation.
