目的:探讨口腔内三种不同常用固定修复材料对核磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)的影响。方 法:选取笔者医院2020年6月-2021年12月口腔内有固定修复体需要做头颈部MRI的患者45例,其中纯钛修复体20例,钴铬修 复体13例,镍铬修复体12例。观察和分析伪影图像,比较不同口腔修复体MRI的伪影累及层数和面积,以及伪影的高度和宽 度,评估不同口腔修复材料对MRI诊断的影响。结果:纯钛、镍铬合金的伪影累及层数相当,但均低于钴铬合金,差异均有 统计学意义(P<0.05);纯钛的伪影面积低于钴铬合金及镍铬合金,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而镍铬合金的伪影 面积与钴铬合金比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。纯钛的伪影高度及宽度低于钴铬合金、镍铬合金,差异均有统计学 意义(P<0.05),而镍铬合金的伪影高度及宽度与钴铬合金比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。纯钛单冠修复患者MRI 伪影面积低于2单位及3单位修复患者,2单位低于3单位修复患者(P<0.05)。结论:纯钛、钴铬、镍铬三种口腔内固定修 复体对MRI的影响比较结果显示,纯钛修复体的伪影面积最小,且其伪影面积随牙冠修复金属材料面积增加而增加。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of three different oral fixation repair materials on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Methods A total of 45 patients with oral fi xed restorations undergoing head-neck MRI were enrolled between June 2020 and December 2021, including 20 pure titanium prostheses, 13 cobalt-chromium prostheses, and 12 nickel-chromium prostheses. The artifact images were observed and analyzed. The number of involved artifact layers, artifact area, height and width in patients with diff erent oral restorations were compared. The eff ects of diff erent oral repair materials on MRI diagnosis were evaluated. Results The number of involved artifact layers in pure titanium and nickel-chromium alloy was similar, less than that in cobalt-chromium alloy (P <0.05). The artifact area in pure titanium was smaller than that in cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium alloy (P<0.05), but the diff erence between cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium alloy was not statistically signifi cant (P >0.05). The artifact height and width in pure titanium were lower than those in cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium alloy (P<0.05), but the diff erence between cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel- chromium alloy was not statistically signifi cant (P >0.05). The area of MRI artifacts in pure titanium patients with one unit of crown restoration was smaller than that with two units and three units, which was smaller in patients with two units of crown restoration than three units (P<0.05). Conclusion In the three oral fi xed restorations (pure titanium, cobalt-chromium alloy, nickel-chromium alloy), pure titanium has the smallest area of MRI artifacts. And the artifact area enlarges with the increase of repair material area.
