摘要:
目的：探讨骨增量技术联合颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗牙源性颌骨囊肿的修复及美学效果。方法：选取2017年3月-2022年3 月于笔者医院收治的100例颌骨囊肿患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗，观察组 在对照组的基础上给予引导骨再生（Guided bone regeneration，GBR）技术。比较两组患者围手术期指标（术中出血量、 手术时间、住院时间），修复效果（囊肿体积缩小度、骨质增生厚度、骨密度），美学效果（红色美学标准）及术后并发症 发生率。结果：观察组术中出血量、手术时间均高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组住院时间与对照组比较，差异无统计学意 义（P＞0.05）。观察组囊肿体积缩小度、骨质增生厚度及骨密度均高于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组红色美学标准评分高于 对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率（14.00%）低于对照组（32.00%）（P＜0.05）。结论：GBR技术联合颌骨囊肿 刮除术可有效提高牙源性颌骨囊肿患者骨缺损修复效果，缩小囊腔体积，促进骨质发育，同时获得更好的美学效果，降低术 后并发症的发生，安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the eff ect of bone augmentation technique on the repair eff ect and aesthetic eff ect of jaw cyst curettage in patients with jaw cyst. Methods A total of 100 patients with jaw cysts who were treated in author’s hospital from March 2017 to March 2022 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. Cyst curettage was given, and the observation group was given guided bone regeneration (GBR) technology on the basis of the control group. The perioperative indicators [operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss], repair eff ect [cyst volume reduction, bone hyperplasia thickness, bone mineral density], and aesthetic eff ect [pink esthetics standard PES] and the postoperative complication rate were compared between two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss and operation time of the observation group were higher than control group (P ＜0.05), There was no signifi cant diff erence in hospitalization time between the observation group and the control group (P ＞0.05). The cyst volume reduction, bone hyperplasia thickness and bone mineral density in observation group were higher than control group (P＜0.05), the PES scores of the observation group were higher than control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in control and observation group were 32.00% and 14.00%, The incidence of adverse reactions in control group were lower than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion GBR technology can eff ectively improve the repair eff ect of the patient’s jaw, reduce the volume of the cyst cavity, promote bone development, and achieve better aesthetic results in the curettage of jaw cysts. It is relatively safe and reliable.
