摘要:
目的:探究不同口腔金属修复材料对口腔磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)图像质量的影响。方 法:回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年10月在笔者医院行口腔修复的127例患者的病例资料,按照口腔修复材料不同将患者分为 氧化锆组(30例,59颗)、纯钛组(32例,63颗)、钴铬组(34例,64颗)、镍铬组(31例,61颗),均进行MRI检查,观 察并比较不同口腔修复体的图像伪影,分析不同修复材料对MRI图像质量的影响。结果:氧化锆组MRI图像伪影高度、伪影宽度 最小,其次是纯钛组,最后是钴铬组、镍铬组,四组间MRI图像伪影高度、伪影宽度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氧化锆、 纯钛牙冠单位与伪影高度呈正相关(P<0.05),钴铬、镍铬牙冠单位与伪影高度、伪影宽度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论: 口腔金属修复材料会影响MRI图像质量,以纯钛影响最小,其次为钴铬、镍铬,且修复体单位越大,伪影越大。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the infl uence of diff erent metallic dental materials on oral magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image quality. Methods A total of 127 patients who underwent dental restoration in the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to diff erent dental materials, the patients were divided into zirconia group (30 patients, 59 teeth), pure titanium group (32 patients, 63 teeth), cobalt-chromium group (34 patients, 64 teeth) and nickel-chromium group (31 patients, 61 teeth). All patients underwent MRI examination. The image artifacts of diff erent oral prostheses were comparatively analyzed, and the eff ects of diff erent restorative materials on MRI image quality were analyzed. Results The height and width of artifacts on MRI images were the smallest in zirconia group, followed by the pure titanium group, the cobalt-chromium group, and the nickel-chromium group. There were statistically signifi cant diff erences in the height and width of artifacts among the 4 groups (P <0.05). Zirconia and pure titanium crown units were positively correlated with the height of artifact (P<0.05). Cobalt-chromium and nickel-chromium crown units were positively correlated with both height and width of artifact (P<0.05). Conclusion Oral metal repair materials can aff ect MRI image quality, pure titanium has the least eff ect, followed by cobalt-chromium, nickel-chromium, and the larger the crown units, the larger the artifact.
