摘要:
目的：探究改良式减张美容缝合术在颌面部外伤患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2020年6月-2021年6月笔者医院收 治的60例颌面部外伤患者相关资料进行回顾性分析，依据不同缝合方式将接受传统缝合法及改良式减张美容缝合术的患 者分别纳入对照组（n=26）与研究组（n=34）。比较两组患者疗效、围手术期相关指标及术后6个月温哥华瘢痕量表评分 （Vancouver scar scale，VSS），统计术后不良事件发生率及术后6个月内的瘢痕增生发生率。结果：术后1周，研究组患者 治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者创口愈合时间、水肿持续时间、手术瘢痕长度均短于对照组（P＜0.05）； 术后6个月，研究组VSS各评分及总分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组与对照组患者术后不良事件发生率（19.23% vs 5.88%）、瘢痕增生发生率（11.54% vs 0.00%）差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：与传统缝合法比较，颌面部外伤患 者应用改良式美容缝合术进行缝合更利于创口愈合，可缩短患者创口愈合时间，减轻术后瘢痕，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the application eff ect of modifi ed tension-reduction cosmetic suture in patients with maxillofacial trauma. Methods The relevant data of 60 patients with maxillofacial trauma treated in the author’s hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients who received traditional suture and those who received modifi ed tension-reduction cosmetic suture were included in the control group (n=26) and the study group (n=34),respectively.The curative eff ect,relevant perioperative indicators and the vancouver scar scale (VSS) score at 6 months after operation were compared between groups.The incidence rates of postoperative complications and scar hypertrophy were calculated. Results One week after surgery,the total eff ective rate of treatment in the study group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The wound healing time,duration of edema and length of scar in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The scores for color,blood vessel,softness and thickness of the scar,and the total VSS score in the study group at 6 months after operation were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the study group and the control group in terms of the incidence rates of postoperative adverse events (19.23% vs 5.88%) and scar hypertrophy (11.54% vs 0.00%) (P＞0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional suture,modifi ed tension-reduction cosmetic suture is more conducive to wound healing in patients with maxillofacial trauma. The latter can shorten wound healing time and alleviate postoperative scar.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
