摘要:
目的：探究重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子（Recombinant human acid fibroblast growth factor，rh-aFGF）联 合水凝胶敷料治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。方法：选择2020年2月-2022年2月笔者医院收治的84例Ⅱ度烧伤患者，按随机 数字表法分为观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予水凝胶敷料外敷治疗；观察组给予外用rh-aFGF联合水凝胶敷料外敷治 疗。比较两组临床疗效、创面愈合相关指标、炎症因子[白细胞介素（Interleukin-10，IL-10）、肿瘤坏死因子（Tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、IL-6]水平、生长因子[血管内皮生长因子（Vascular endothlial growth factor， VEGF）、转化生长因子（Transforming growth factor-β1，TGF-β1）]水平和瘢痕情况[观察者瘢痕评估量表（Observer scar assessment score，OSAS）]。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，创面无渗出液时间、肿胀消失时间、结痂时间、创 面愈合时间均短于对照组，IL-10、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组，VEGF、TGF-β1水平高于对照组，OSAS各方面评分均低于 对照组，以上指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：rh-aFGF联合水凝胶敷料治疗Ⅱ度烧伤能有效促进患者 创面愈合，缓解炎症反应，调节生长因子表达，并能减少瘢痕形成。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical eff ect of recombinant human acid fi broblast growth factor (rh-aFGF) combined with hydrogel dressing in the treatment of degree-Ⅱ burn wounds. Methods A total of 84 patients with degree-Ⅱ burn admitted to the author’s hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external application of hydrogel dressing.The observation group was treated with rh-aFGF combined with hydrogel dressing.The clinical effi cacy,wound healing related indicators,infl ammatory factors [interleukin-10 (IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),IL-6] levels,growth factors [vascular endothlial growth factor (VEGF),transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β 1)] levels and scar condition [observer scar assessment score (OSAS)]were compared between the two groups. Results The total eff ective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the wound no exudate time,swelling disappearance time,scab time,and wound healing time were shorter than those of the control group,the levels of IL-10,TNF-α,and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group,the levels of VEGF and TGF-β1 were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of OSAS were lower than those of the control group. There were signifi cant diff erences in the above indicators between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion rh-aFGF combined with hydrogel dressing can eff ectively promote wound healing,relieve infl ammatory response,regulate the expression of growth factors,and reduce scar formation in the treatment of patients with degree-Ⅱ burn.
