目的:研究中国西北地区不同年龄段、不同性别之间腭中缝的锥形束CT(Conical beam CT,CBCT)分期特点,以及 不同分期阶段腭中缝骨密度比率的特点,为上颌骨宽度不足患者的腭开展提供评价依据。方法:从2019年7月-2022年9月在 西安交通大学口腔医院综合科就诊患者的CBCT影像中选取140份符合纳入标准的影像资料,年龄4~36岁。采用Angelieri分 型法根据CBCT影像学资料将腭中缝分为A、B、C、D、E期,Chad Evans Larson 骨密度比率计算方法测量每位患者的CBCT腭 中缝骨密度值。采用Prism 9.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析,包括腭中缝分期在不同年龄组、不同性别之间的分布差异; 各年龄及男女之间腭中缝骨密度比率平均值和不同分期腭中缝骨密度比率的平均值的比较。结果:同一年龄段存在不同的腭 中缝分期,不同分期的腭中缝骨密度比率在男、女之间均无显著性差异;不同年龄组仅在C期表现出骨密度比率平均值之间 的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在15~18岁组和18~36岁组中,其C、D、E期的腭中缝骨密度比率平均值差异均有统计学 意义(P<0.05);腭中缝分期处于A与B期的骨密度比率值间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腭中缝分期处于A与C期、A与D 期、A与E期、B与C期、B与D期、B与E期、C与D期、C与E期、D与E期时,各期之间的腭中缝骨密度比率值间差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论:在不同性别之间,腭中缝分期和骨密度之间无明显差异,但在各个不同年龄段之间表现出明显的差异 性,尤其表现在15岁以上的年龄段中。
Abstract:
Objective Based on conical beam CT (CBCT), the purpose of this study was to investigate the stages of palatal suture and the bone density of the palatal suture between different age groups and different genders in northern Chinese population, providing the basis for the evaluation of palate development in patients with insuffi cient maxilla width. Methods A total of 140 CBCT images of patients aged 4-36 years old who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the general Department of Stomatology Hospital of Xi ’an Jiaotong University from July 2019 to September 2022. By using Angelieri method, the palate was divided into 5 groups, and Chad Evans Larson bone density ratio was calculated for each patient. Prism 9.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of the data, including the distribution diff erence of palatal suture stage between diff erent age groups and diff erent genders. Comparison of the mean palatal interstitial bone mineral density ratio and the mean palatal interstitial bone mineral density ratio at diff erent stages between men and women at diff erent ages. Results There were diff erent stages of palatal suture at the same age; no signifi cant diff erence was noticed between male and female density ratio of palatal suture at diff erent stages. By comparing the density ratio of palatal suture for each age group, signifi cant diff erence was noticed between C (P <0.05). Signifi cant diff erence was noticed between C 、D and E at the age of 15-36 (P<0.05).No signifi cant diff erence was noticed for the suture density between group A and B (P >0.05), signifi cant difference was found for the suture density between A/C, A/D, A/E, B/C, B/D, B/E, C/D, C/E and D/E groups (P<0.05). Conclusion There was no signifi cant diff erence between diff erent genders in the stages and bone density of palatal suture, but there were signifi cant diff erences between diff erent age groups, especially in the age group above 15 years old.
