摘要:

目的：回顾分析滚针联合重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子（Recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor,rh-aFGF）及Ⅲ型胶原蛋白导入治疗毛孔粗大的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2020年11月-2022年2月于笔者医院接受 滚针联合rh-aFGF及Ⅲ型胶原蛋白导入治疗毛孔粗大的125例就医者临床资料。根据皮损特点将就医者分为堵塞型（n=95）、 松弛型（n=13）、混合型（n=17），再根据就医者接受治疗次数将各型就医者分为单次组和多次组。分析不同毛孔分型各组 就医者治疗前后的毛孔可见度评分、临床疗效，并回访统计就医者舒适度及满意度。结果：治疗后各类型毛孔可见度评分均 较治疗下降，且堵塞型及混合型显著低于治疗前（P＜0.05）。与治疗前相比，堵塞型单次组与多次组治疗后毛孔可见度评 分均显著降低（P＜0.01）。松弛型、混合型多次组治疗后毛孔可见度评分均显著低于治疗前（P＜0.01）。治疗总有效率为 72.80%，不同毛孔类型间疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。就医者总满意度为68.00%，治疗舒适度为99.20%。多次 治疗可提高就医者满意度。结论：滚针联合rhaFGF及Ⅲ型胶原蛋白导入治疗堵塞型毛孔粗大单次即可见显著疗效，松弛型、 混合型多次治疗后疗效较好。整体治疗舒适度较好，适合临床推广。

Abstract:

Objective Review and investigate the clinical therapeutic eff ect of microneedle roller combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor (rh-aFGF) and type Ⅲ collagen in the treatment of enlarged pores. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 125 patients with enlarged pores treated with microneedle roller combined with rhaFGF and type Ⅲ collagen introduction in the author’s hospital from November 2020 to February 2022. The patients were divided into clogged type (n=95), loose type (n=13) and mixed type (n=17) according to the characteristics of the lesions,and further divided into single group and multiple group based on the number of treatments they received. The pore score and clinical therapeutic eff ect of patients in diff erent pore classifi cation groups were analyzed before and after the treatment, and the comfortableness and satisfaction of patients were counted by follow-up visits. Results After treatment, the pore scores of all types were lower than those before treatment, and the pore scores of clogged and mixed types were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05). Compared with those before treatment by single and multiple treatments,the pore scores of clogged type were signifi cantly decreased (P ＜0.01). The pore scores of loose type and mixed type were signifi cantly lower than those before treatment by multiple treatments (P＜0.01). The total eff ective rate was 72.80%, and there was no signifi cant diff erence between diff erent pore types (P ＞0.05). The total satisfaction of patients was 68.00% and the total comfortableness of patients is 99.20%. The patient satisfaction can be improved by multiple treatments. The treatment of clogged pore shows signifi cant improvement after 1 treatment. The patient satisfaction can be improved by multiple treatments. Conclusion The microneedle roller therapy combined with rhaFGF and type Ⅲ collagen introduction has an excellent eff ect on the treatment of clogged pores by single treatment. While, multiple treatments are needed on loose and mixed pores for better therapeutic eff ect. The total therapeutic comfortableness is high. Therefore it is suitable for clinical promotion
