摘要:
目的:探索银耳子实体提取物在人体及体外的抗皱功效。方法:测量银耳子实体提取物对成纤维细胞基质金属蛋白 酶-1(Matrix Metallopeptidase 1,MMP-1)、胶原蛋白-1(Collagen I,CoL I )、透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid,HA)表达 含量的影响。通过受试者试用测试、抗皱功效测试检验含有银耳子实体提取物的精华及眼膜对皮肤粗糙程度、皱纹参数 (深度、长度、面积、数量)及眼角纹严重程度的影响,并调查受试者的产品满意度。结果:在成纤维细胞抗皱指标测 试中,UVA辐射建模会造成成纤维细胞HA含量降低(P<0.01),银耳子实体提取物能够显著提高成纤维细胞降低的HA 含量(P<0.001)。在银耳子实体产品抗皱测试中,其产品可防止受试者皮肤粗糙度增加(P<0.01)、降低眼周皱纹参数 (P<0.001),并且具有较高的受试者满意度。结论:银耳子实体提取物通过修复真皮HA流失等功效,在护肤品中发挥出抗皱能力,且安全性高,在抗皱抗衰护肤品开发中具有较好的应用前景。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the anti-wrinkle effect of Tremella fuciformis fruiting body extract in vivo and in vitro. Methods The eff ects of Tremella fuciformis fruiting body extract on the expression of MMP-1, CoL I and HA were measured; The effects of the essence and eye mask containing Tremella fuciformis fruiting body extract on skin roughness, wrinkle parameters (depth, length, area and quantity) and severity of crow’s feet wrinkles were tested through consumer in-use test and anti-wrinkle eff ect test. In addition, the product satisfaction of the subjects was surveyed. Results In the anti-wrinkle index test, UVA radiation reduced fi broblast HA content (P <0.01), while Tremella tremella fruit body extract signifi cantly increased it (P <0.001). In wrinkle resistance testing of Tremella fruiting body products, they showed a preventive eff ect on skin roughness (P <0.01) and periocular wrinkles (P<0.001), leading to high subject satisfaction. Conclusion Tremella fruiting body extract can repair the loss of hyaluronic acid from the dermis and play an effective anti-wrinkle role in skin care products with high safety, demonstrating promising prospects for the development of anti-wrinkle and anti-aging skin care products.
