摘要:
目的：观察短波理疗仪联合虾青素皮肤屏障修复液治疗面部敏感性皮肤的有效性和安全性。方法：选取2022年4 月-2022年6月就诊于笔者医院的20例面部敏感性皮肤患者为研究对象，给予短波理疗仪导入虾青素皮肤屏障修复液治疗，每 周1次，持续治疗3周，分别于治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后3周进行疗效判定，对患者主观症状瘙痒、刺痛、灼热、紧绷感及 客观体征红斑、丘疹、鳞屑、毛细血管扩张进行评分。结果：治疗后1周、3周瘙痒、灼热、紧绷及红斑有改善，治疗后3周 刺痛、鳞屑有改善，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），试验中未见明显不良反应。结论：短波理疗仪联合虾青素皮肤屏障 修复液可以缓解面部敏感性皮肤的症状，且无明显不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effi cacy and safety of short wave physiotherapy combined with astaxanthin skin barrier repair solution for facial sensitive skin. Methods Total 20 patients with facial sensitive skin who attended the department dermatology of the author’s hospital from April 2022 to June 2022 were selected, that treated with short wave physiotherapy introduct astaxanthin skin barrier repair solution, once per week,for three weeks, the effi cacy was assessed at week 0,week 1and week 3 , the subjective symptoms （pruritus, tingling, burning and tightness）and objective symptoms（erythema, papules, scales and telangiectasia）were scored. Results Pruritus, burning, tightness and erythema were improved after one and three weeks of treatment, Tingling and scales improved after three weeks of treatment, the diff erences were statistically signifi cant （P＜0.05）,there were no any adverse reactions under examination. Conclusion short wave physiotherapy combined with astaxanthin skin barrier repair solution can relieve the symptoms of facial sensitive skin, this combination therapy has high safety.
