[摘要]目的：探讨三联法在预防幽门螺旋杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,HP）阳性的面部脂溢性皮炎患者复发中的临床疗效。
方法：78例面部脂溢性皮炎患者，进行13C-尿素呼气试验，HP阳性患者56例，按就诊号分为两组，治疗组：28例，给予奥
美拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素口服7d加基础外用治疗；对照组：28例，仅给予基础外用治疗，急性期给予地奈德乳膏及
多磺酸粘多糖乳膏1∶1混合外用，2次/d，连续使用不超过1周；缓解期给予多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外用保湿治疗。结果：HP
阳性56例，感染率71.8%，阳性患者复发次数（5.28±2.19）次，高于22例阴性患者的（3.18±1.68）次，有显著性差异
（P ＜0.05）。治疗组患者1、3、6月复发分别为14.3%、25.0%、32.1%，对照组患者1、3、6个月复发率28.5%、35.7%、
42.8%，两组复发率比较，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）；治疗期间，治疗组平均激素使用天数（18.6±4.89）d，对照组
（26.5±5.81）d，治疗组平均复发次数（1.82±0.78）次，对照组（2.93±1.32）次，治疗组均明显低于对照组，比较有
显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。结论：面部脂溢性皮炎复发患者可能与HP感染有关，三联法对HP阳性面部脂溢性皮炎复发可能有
一定预防作用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical research of triple therapy in eradicating HP for the prevention of recurrence of HP
positive facial seborrheic dermatitis. Methods 78 cases of facial seborrheic dermatitis were detected by 13C- urea breath test.
The postive patients were devided two groups. The treatment group of 28 cases were treated with omeprazole, amoxicillin and
clarithromycin for 7 days and the topical treatment. The control group of 28 cases were treated only with the topical treatment.
The topical treatment were desonide cream and hirudiod 1:1 mixed in acute period, bid (should not be used continuously more
than 1 week). In the remission period, hirudiod cream is used for moisturizing treatment. Results 56 cases were positive for
HP detection, and the infection rate was 71.8%(P ＜0. 05). The recurrence times of the positive patients were more than those
of the negative ones. The recurrence rate of treatment group for one month was 14.3%, for three months was 25% and for
six months was 32.1% . The recurrence rate of control group for one month was 28.5%, for three months was 35.7% and for
six months was 42.8%. The recurrence rates of two groups were statistically different(P ＜0.05); During follow up period,
The steroid therapy average time of the treatment group was (18.6±4.89) days and average recurrence times of which was
(1.82±0.78). The steroid therapy average time of the control group was (26.5±5.81) days and average recurrence times of
which was (2.93±1.32). The steroid therapy average time and recurrence times of the treatment group was distinctly lower than
the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The recurrence of facial seborrheic dermatitis may be associated with HP infection,
and the triple therapy maybe had a preventive effect on the recurrence of HP positive facial seborrheic dermatitis.
