[摘要]目的：观察超分子水杨酸联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法：将162例I型及II型玫瑰痤疮患者随
机分为三组，联合组、水杨酸组及DPL组。其中联合组采用超分子水杨酸联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗，水杨酸组及DPL组分别给予
超分子水杨酸、窄谱强脉冲光单独治疗，每月治疗1次，共4次，治疗结束后比较各组疗效并统计治疗周期内各组的不良反应
发生情况。结果：联合组有效率为87.04%（47/54）明显高于水杨酸组70.37%（38/54）及DPL组65.38%（34/52），差异具有
统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；各组均无严重不良反应发生。结论：超分子水杨酸联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效优于单
独使用超分子水杨酸及单独使用窄谱强脉冲光治疗，且安全性良好，为临床医师提供了更优化的治疗方案。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with narrow-spectrum
intense pulsed light for rosacea. Methods One hundred and sixty-two subjects which were Clinically diagnosed as
erythematotelangiectatic rosacea or papulopustular rosacea were divided into three groups randomly. Combination group
was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid combined with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light, and control groups were
treated separately with supramolecular salicylic acid (salicylic acid group) and narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light (DPL
group), each group underwent one session treatment at intervals of one month for a total of four times. After the treatment,
the curative effect of each group was compared and the occurrence of side effects in each group during the treatment process
was counted. Results The combination group’s effective rate (87.04% ,47/54) is significantly higher than salicylic acid
group (70.37%,38/54) and DPL group (63.38%,34/52), and the difference is statistically significant(P ＜0.05). No serious
adverse reactions occurred in each group. Conclusion The curative effect of the combination therapy of supramolecular
salicylic acid and DPL is better than that of using supramolecular salicylic acid and DPL alone in the treatment of patients
with erythematotelangiectatic rosacea or papulopustular rosacea. And the safety of combination group is satisfying. It
provides a more optimized treatment for clinicians.
