[摘要]目的：评价控释三酸修护敷料治疗面部轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效及耐受性，同时评价对面部皮肤屏障的改善作用。方
法：对30例面部轻度至中度痤疮患者使用控释三酸修护敷料（含2%水杨酸、0.1%柠檬酸、0.3%甘醇酸、苯乙基间苯二酚及
β-葡聚糖）治疗。通过比较治疗前、治疗3d、7d及14d面部痤疮炎性和非炎性皮损的数量，评价痤疮的改善程度。同时，对
面部角质层含水量、经表皮失水率（TEWL）、皮脂含量及皮肤颜色进行检测。在观察结束时评估患者对产品的耐受性。
结果：治疗3d、7d、14d后，与治疗前相比面部非炎性及炎性皮损数量均显著减少（P ＜0.01），皮肤红斑a值显著降低
（P ＜0.01），皮肤红斑E值显著降低（P ＜0.01），皮肤黑色素M值显著降低（P ＜0.01）。治疗14d后皮肤亮度值（L值）
显著升高（P ＜0.05）。治疗7d、14d后皮脂分泌量显著降低（P ＜0.05）。治疗14d后，皮肤TEWL值显著降低（P ＜0.01），
皮肤角质层含水量略有升高。95%的患者对产品的耐受性良好。结论：控释三酸修护敷料治疗面部轻中度寻常痤疮安全、有
效，同时可修复面部皮肤屏障，耐受性良好。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of slow-release triacid repair dressing in the treatment of mild to
moderate facial acne vulgaris, and to evaluate the improvement of facial skin barrier. Methods Thirty subjects with mild to
moderate facial acne were treated with a slow-release triacid dressing（contains 2% salicylic acid, 0.1% citric acid, 0.3%
glycolic acid, phenethylresorcinol and β-glucan）. The improvement of acne was evaluated by comparing the number of
inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions on the face before treatment, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after treatment. At the
same time, stratum corneum hydration, transepidermal water loss(TEWL),sebum content,and skin color were measured. The
patient’s tolerance to the product is assessed at the end of the observation. Results After 3, 7 and 14 days of treatment, the
number of non-inflammatory and inflammatory facial acne lesions were significantly decreased compared with that before
treatment (P ＜0.01), the a value and the E value of skin erythema was significantly decreased (P ＜0.01), the M value of skin
melanin was also significantly decreased (P ＜0.01). After 14 days of treatment, the skin brightness value (L value) increased
significantly (P ＜0.05). After 7 and 14 days of treatment, sebum secretion was significantly reduced (P ＜0.05). After 14 days of
treatment, the TEWL value decreased significantly (P ＜0.01), and the stratum corneum hydration increased slightly. 95% of the
subjects were well tolerated by the product. Conclusion Slow-release triacid repair dressing are safe and effective in treating
mild to moderate facial acne vulgaris, and repair the facial skin barrier with good tolerability.
