[摘要]目的：探讨精细化面部护理干预对寻常痤疮患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法：笔者医院2018年6月-2019年8月
收治的86例寻常痤疮患者，随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例，观察组采用精细化面部护理干预，对照组采用常规护理。
比较两组护理干预前后SF-36评分、焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）和抑郁自评量表（Self-rating
depression scale，SDS）评分、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果：护理干预后，两组社会职能、精神健康、情感职能
和总体健康评分均显著升高，且观察组各领域评分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组SAS、SDS
评分均显著降低，且观察组均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为4.65%，对照
组为11.63%，组间比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。观察组总满意率为95.35%，高于对照组的79.07%，差异有统计学
意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：精细化面部护理干预可明显缓解寻常痤疮患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，有助于改善患者生活质量，提高
疗效，安全性好。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of fine facial nursing intervention on the quality of life and mental state of patients
with acne vulgaris. Methods 86 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital between June 2018 and August 2019 were
randomly divided into the observation group (43 cases) and the control group (43 cases). The observation group received fine
facial nursing intervention while the control group received routine nursing. The scores of SF-36, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),
self-rating depression scale (SDS), incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and
after nursing intervention were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of social function, mental health,
emotional function and overall health of the patients in the two groups were significantly increased, and the observation group
were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The scores of SAS and
SDS in the two groups significantly decreased(P ＜0.05). And the observation group were significantly lower than the control
group(P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%, and the control group was 11.63%,
there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P ＞0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients in the
observation group was 95.35%, higher than the control group (79.07%, P ＞0.05). Conclusion Fine facial nursing intervention
can significantly alleviate the anxiety and depression of acne vulgaris patients, help to improve the quality of life of patients,
improve efficacy, and have good safety.
