[摘要]目的：评价贻贝提取物护理软膏治疗面部敏感性皮肤的临床疗效及耐受性。方法：对38例面部敏感性皮肤就医者进行
观察，每日外用贻贝提取物护理软膏2次，连续外用1周。采用包含5项主观症状（刺痛、烧灼感、紧绷感、瘙痒、潮红）及
5项客观体征（红肿、脱屑、水肿/肿胀、渗液、结痂）的敏感指数评估标尺，对皮肤严重程度及临床疗效进行评估。应用
VISIA图像分析系统记录面部皮肤治疗前及治疗后红斑项的绝对分值。治疗结束后评估就医者对贻贝提取物护理软膏的耐受
性。结果：使用1周后，10项评价敏感皮肤严重程度的指标与治疗前比较均明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.001）；98%
的就医者对产品耐受性良好。结论：贻贝提取物护理软膏治疗面部敏感性皮肤安全、有效，耐受性良好。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To evaluatethe clinical efficacy and tolerance of mussel adhesive protein extractive ointment in patients
with facial sensitive skin. Methods Total 38 cases of facial sensitive skin, were enrolled and observed. For all the patients,
mussel adhesive protein extractive ointment was applied twice daily for 1 weeks, and a new scale, which including 5 subjective
skin conditions and 5 visible skin conditions was adopted for sensitive skin assessment. The images were collected and analyzed
by VISIA. The tolerance of patients to mussel adhesive protein extractive ointment was evaluated after treatment. Results One
weeks after the treatment, all the 10 sensitive scale items was significantly improved (P ＜0.001). The erythema of the facial
skin was significantly improved (P ＜0.01) as shown by VISIA image analysis. The tolerance was judged to be very good for the
large majority of the patients. Conclusion Great efficacy and tolerance can be obtained in the treatment of facial sensitive skin
by using this mussel adhesive protein extractive ointment.
