[摘要]目的：探讨延续护理对皮片移植患者出院后瘢痕增生的预防效果。方法：选取2016年6月-2018年8月在笔者科室进行
皮片移植手术的86例患者为研究对象，按出院先后顺序分为对照组及观察组。对照组出院后采取常规出院健康宣教，观察组
在常规出院宣教的基础上采用延续护理方案。采用温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale，VSS)分别评价两组患者在出院
后6个月瘢痕量表得分情况。结果：本次对照组失访4例，观察组失访3例。观察组在出院6个月后瘢痕量表各项指标评分均低
于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：延续护理能有效地降低皮片移植患者出院后的瘢痕量表得分，阻止皮片
挛缩和防止瘢痕增生，降低患者的再次入院率。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing on preventing scar hyperplasia after discharging from hospital
in patients with skin transplantation. Methods A total of 86 patients underwent skin grafting in our department were selected
as the study subjects from June 2016 to August 2018, and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation
group according to the order of discharge. The control group was given routine health education after discharge, while the
observation group was given continuing nursing program on the basis of routine health education. Vancouver scar scale (VSS)
was used to evaluate the score of scar scale in the two groups 6 months after discharge. Results Four cases were lost in the
control group and three cases in the observation group. The scores of scar scale in the observation group were lower than those
in the control group 6 months after discharge, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Continuous
nursing can effectively reduce the score of scar scale after discharging from hospital, prevent skin contracture and scar
hyperplasia, and reduce the re-admission rate of patients.
