[摘要]目的：探讨他克莫司联合复方甘草酸苷片对白癜风稳定期患者血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平的影响。方法：选取2015
年6月-2017年6月于笔者医院接受治疗的80例白癜风稳定期患者作为研究对象，随机数字表分为对照组（n =40）和观察组
（n =40）。对照组给予他克莫司治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗。治疗2年后对患者效果进行评
估，比较两组患者治疗前后血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果：治疗后观察组稳定期白
癜风患者血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子中IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平的下降幅度大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P
＜0.05）；观察组疗效为97.50%优于对照组的80.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组间并发症发生率比较差异无
统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：他克莫司联合复方甘草酸苷片用于治疗白癜风稳定期患者，能有效改善患者症状，提高患
者治疗效果，降低白癜风稳定期患者血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10水平，安全性好，患者满意度较
高，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of tacrolimus combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on the levels of
serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with stable vitiligo. Methods Eighty patients with stable vitiligo who were treated in
our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The random number table was divided into the
control group (n =40) and the observation group (n =40). The control group was treated with tacrolimus, and the observation
group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on the basis of the control group. After 2 years of treatment, the effect
of patients was evaluated, and the level of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines, therapeutic effect and complications were compared
between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 in serum
Th1/Th2 cytokines of stable vitiligo patients in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group,
the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 97.50%, which
was better than 80.00% of the control group (P ＜0.05). There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of complications
between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Tacrolimus combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment
of stable vitiligo can effectively improve the symptoms of patients, improve the therapeutic effect of patients, reduce the level
of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines IFN-γ and IL-2, IL-4, IL-10 in patients, reduce incidence of complications and improve patient
satisfaction, which is worth popularizing and applying.
