[摘要]目的：观察分别使用AH-Plus和iRoot SP作为根管封闭剂对根管治疗术后疼痛的影响，以期降低根管治疗术后疼痛的
发生。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年10月在笔者医院口腔科就诊需要根管治疗的患者140例，随机分为AH-Plus组和iRoot SP
组，冷侧压法根管充填。对两组患者术前、术后0～6h、6～12h、12～24h、24～48h、48～72h、7d疼痛程度和根充情况进行
比较。术后疼痛程度采用数字疼痛评分法（NPRS），采用SPSS19.0软件对每组数据进行两独立样本秩和检验进行统计分析。
结果：iRoot SP组完成根管治疗术后24～48h、48～72h、3～7d三个时间段的疼痛程度显著低于AH-Plus组，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。两组患牙根管充填恰充率分别为93.6% 和89.2%，无显著性差异。结论：采用冷侧压法根管充填，iRoot SP
比AH-Plus会带来更少的根管治疗术后疼痛。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to compare the postoperative pain after root canal treatment using two
different sealers: AH-Plus and iRoot SP. Methods In this clinical investigation, from January 2018 to October 2019,140
patients were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups with 70 patients each. The groups were treated with AHPlus
sealer or iRoot SP sealer in root canal treatment, and postoperative pain was recorded by numerical pain rating scale at
0-6,6-12,12-24,24-48,48-72hours and 7days after obturation. Pain score and obturation quality were recorded and stastistically
analyzed using SPSS statistic software. Results iRoot SP group showed significantly lower incidence of postoperative pain than
AH-Plus group. However, there was no significant difference between groups in the root canal obturation quality. Conclusion
The use of iRoot SP sealer was associated with less postoperative pain than AH-Plus sealer.
