[摘要]目的：探究根管治疗联合树脂对牙体缺损合并慢性根尖周炎的修复效果。方法：选取2018年2月-2020年2月笔者医院
科室收治的113例牙体缺损合并慢性根尖周炎患者进行研究，根据治疗方式不同分为观察组（58例）和对照组（55例），
其中对照组采用根管治疗加玻璃离子修复，观察组在根管治疗基础上加用树脂修复。治疗3个月后，观察两组修复效果、
疼痛发生率、不良反应及患者对本次治疗的满意度。结果：治疗3个月后，观察组修复有效率94.29%，高于对照组的
70.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者疼痛发生率13.79%，高于对照组的5.45%，但两组比较差异无统
计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组总不良反应发生率8.57%，低于对照组的47.14%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组
总满意度86.21%，高于对照组的65.45%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：根管治疗联合树脂对牙体缺损合并慢性
根尖周炎修复效果较好，且疼痛和不良反应发生率均较低，患者对治疗满意度较好。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of root canal therapy combined with resin on the restoration of dental defects
with chronic apical periodontitis. Methods Between February 2018 and February 2020,113 patients with tooth defects and
chronic periapical periodontitis in our hospital were enrolled. According to different treatment methods, they were divided
into observation group (58 cases) and control group (55 cases). The control group received root canal therapy, and the
observation group was treated with resin on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the restorative
effect, pain incidence, adverse reactions, and patients satisfaction were recorded in both groups. Results After 3 months
of treatment, the restoration efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(94.29% vs.
70.00% , P ＜0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the incidence of pain in the observation group was higher than that in the
control group (13.79% (8/58) vs. 5.45% , P ＞0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the incidence of total adverse reactions in the
observation group was lower than that in the control group (8.57% vs. 47.14%, P＜0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the total
satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (86.21% vs. 65.45% , P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Root canal therapy combined with resin is effective in repairing tooth defects and chronic periapical periodontitis with low
incidence of pain and adverse reactions and high satisfaction.
