[摘要]目的:本研究旨在分析乳糜化脂肪来源干细胞(Chyle fat derived stromal/stem cells,CFSCs)的形态学特征和
生物学特性。方法:将抽吸得到的颗粒脂肪通过机械乳化方式制备成乳糜化脂肪,经细胞培养、传代后获得CFSCs,观察细
胞形态变化、分布及增殖情况;CCK-8法绘制CFSCs增殖曲线,流式细胞仪进行细胞表型鉴定,定向诱导液诱导CFSCs向脂肪
细胞、骨细胞及软骨细胞三系方向分化情况并鉴定。结果:本实验证明乳糜化脂肪内虽未见明显脂肪细胞,但有大量脂肪源
性基质/干细胞(Adipose derived stem cells,ASCs)存在,称其为CFSCs。实验发现,人自体CFSCs可以强表达间充质干
细胞表面标记物,且CFSCs增殖力旺盛,具备良好的多向分化潜能。结论:乳糜化脂肪富含CFSCs,增殖能力佳,干性极强,
呈三系分化。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the morphological and biological characteristics of Chyle
fat derived stromal/stem cells (CFSCs). Methods The autologous fat obtained by suction was prepared into chyle fat by
mechanical emulsification, and CFSCs were obtained after cell culture and passage, and the morphological changes, distribution
and proliferation of cells were observed. CCK-8 method was used to draw CFSCs proliferation curve and flow cytometry
identification of cell phenotype, the directional induction liquid induced the differentiation and identification of CFSCs in the
three lines of adipocytes, osteocytes and chondrocytes. Results This experiment proves that although there are no obvious
fat cells in chyle fat, there are a large number of adipose derived stem cells (ASCs), which we call CFSCs. The experiment
found that human autologous CFSCs can strongly express mesenchymal stem cell surface markers, and CFSCs have strong
proliferative potential and have good multi-directional differentiation potential. Conclusion Chyle fat is rich in CFSCs, which
has good proliferation ability with stem cell surface markers, and showing three-line differentiation.
