摘要:
本文介绍了皮肤老化的形式及外在皮肤表象,回顾了目前常用抗衰老功效评估方法及各自的优缺点,包括生物化学方 法、细胞生物学法、动物试验法和人体试验法,同时着重介绍了皮肤超声、在体荧光光谱法此类新型的评估方法在抗衰老临 床评估中的应用,以及不同配方剂型对产品功效性能的影响。
Abstract:
This paper briefl y introduces the form of skin aging and external skin appearance, reviews the common anti-aging efficacy evaluation methods and their advantages and disadvantages, including biochemical method, cell biology method, animal test and human clinical evaluation method, and focuses on the application of new evaluation methods such as skin ultrasound and in vivo fl uorescence spectroscopy in the clinical anti-aging evaluation , and the infl uence of formulation type on effi cacy evaluation.
