摘要:
目的：探讨FRⅢ型矫治器对混合牙列期咬合不正儿童的矫正效果及CBCT咬合参数的影响。方法：选取笔者医院2019 年5月-2021年6月收治的56例混合牙列期咬合不正患儿作为研究对象，采用FRⅢ型矫治器进行矫正，采用CBCT测定患儿治疗 前后硬组织、软组织、牙性指标差异及矫正效果。结果：患儿治疗后的SNA、SN-MP、ANB、NA-Apo、Go-Pg、wits均高于治 疗前（P＜0.05），OP-SN值均低于治疗前（P＜0.05），SNB、Y轴角、S-Go/N-Me治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）； 患儿治疗后的UL-EP、H角均高于治疗前（P＜0.05），LL-EP低于治疗前（P＜0.05），NLA治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05 ）；患儿治疗后的U1-SN、U1-NA、覆盖均高于治疗前（P＜0.05），IMPA、覆牙合低于治疗前（P＜0.05），L1-NB治疗前 后差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；矫正有效率为91.07%。结论：采用FRⅢ型矫治器对混合牙列期咬合不正患儿矫正效果较 好，能够提高侧面容貌美观度，恢复口腔和正常咬合功能。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of FRⅢ appliance on children with mixed dentition malocclusion and its infl uence on CBCT occlusal parameters. Methods 56 children with malocclusion in mixed dentition from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. FR Ⅲ appliance was used for correction, and CBCT was used to measure the diff erence of hard tissue, soft tissue and dental indexes before and after treatment. Results The SNA, SN-MP, ANB, NA Apo, Go Pg and wits of children after treatment were higher than those before treatment (P ＜0.05), and the values of OP-SN was lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05). There was no diff erence in SNB, Y-axis angle, S-Go/N-Me before and after treatment (P ＞0.05). After treatment, the UL-EP and H angle of children were higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05), while the LLEP was lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05). There was no diff erence before and after treatment with NLA (P ＞0.05). U1-SN, U1-NA and coverage after treatment were higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05), IMPA and overlap were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), L1-NB had no diff erence before and after treatment (P ＞0.05). The correction eff ective rate was 91.07%. Conclusion The use of FR Ⅲ appliance to correct children with malocclusion in mixed dentition stage has a good eff ect, which can improve the appearance of the side face and restore the oral and normal occlusion functions.
