摘要:
目的：探讨颌面部外伤行急诊整形美容缝合技术的恢复效果。方法：2020年1月-2021年1月，选取在笔者科室急诊整 形美容修复的57例颌面部外伤患者作为研究对象，对其术后效果进行观察及分析。结果：57例患者随访均一期愈合，均无伤 口感染、裂开、明显瘢痕增生等情况，无功能障碍，无需进行二期修复，所有患者对手术效果非常满意。结论：应用整形外 科修复原则行急诊修复颌面部创伤可显著提升患者的治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the recovery eff ect of the emergency plastic surgery suture technique for maxillofacial trauma. Methods From January 2020 to January 2021, 57 patients with maxillofacial trauma who were repaired in our department’s emergency plastic surgery were selected as the research objects, and their postoperative eff ects were observed and analyzed. Results All the 57 patients healed by fi rst-stage follow-up, no wound infection, dehiscence, obvious scar hyperplasia, etc., no dysfunction, no need for second-stage repair, and all patients were very satisfi ed with the results of the operation. Conclusion Applying the principles of orthopedic repair to emergency repair of maxillofacial trauma can signifi cantly improve the treatment eff ect of patients.
