摘要:
目的：探究富血小板血浆联合脂肪颗粒移植对颞部凹陷患者的填充效果。方法：选择2019年9月-2022年3月笔者医院 收治的100例颞部凹陷患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组（50例，给予自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗）和观察组（50 例，给予富血小板血浆联合自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗），比较两组患者手术效果、手术指标、满意度以及并发症发生情况。结 果：治疗后，观察组治疗总优良率为92.00%，高于对照组的76.00%（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组脂肪厚度高于对照组，且 观察组平均手术次数及脂肪移植总量低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者 评价及医生评价满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：富血小板血浆联合自体脂肪颗粒移植能提高自体脂肪移植存活率， 降低移植次数，填充效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of platelet rich plasma combined with fat particle transplantation on the fi lling eff ect of patients with temporal depression. Methods A total of 100 patients with temporal depression admitted to the author’s hospital from September 2019 to March 2022 were collected as the study subjects. They were randomly grouped into a control group (50 cases, treated with autologous fat particle transplantation) and an observation group (50 cases, treated with a combination of platelet rich plasma and autologous fat particle transplantation), two groups were compared in terms of surgical eff ectiveness, surgical indicators, satisfaction, and incidence of complications. Results After treatment, the total treatment effi ciency of the observation group was 92.00%, which control group was 76.00% lower than observation group (76.00%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the fat thickness of the control group is lower than the observation group, and the average number of surgeries and total fat transplantation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The satisfaction rates of patient evaluation and doctor evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma combined with autologous fat particle transplantation can improve the survival rate of autologous fat transfer, reduce the number of transplants, and have a signifi cant fi lling eff ect.
