摘要:
头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎是一种慢性化脓性皮肤病，严重影响患者的身心健康。常用的外科、抗感染、药物等治疗方法疗效欠佳。目前，5-氨基酮戊酸光动力在治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎过程中表现出良好的有效性和安全性。本文旨在对5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎的机制和临床应用进行综述，为临床提供参考。

Abstract:
Abstract: Perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens is a chronic suppurative inflammatory disease of the scalp,which seriously aff ects the physical and mental health of patients.The common treatment methods include surgical treatment, antiinfective treatment, and hormone therapy, but the efficacy is poor. 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy has been used in the treatment of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suff odiens.This article aims to review the mechanism and clinical application of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suff odiens, to provide reference for clinical practice.
