摘要:
[摘要]目的：探究脂代谢水平对义齿种植患者修复效果的影响，为提高临床上义齿种植患者的预后及获得良好的修复效果提供
参考。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年5月笔者科室收治的83例义齿种植患者为研究对象，按照患者脂代谢水平正常与否将其分
为观察组和对照组。对照组：36例脂代谢水平正常患者；观察组：47例脂代谢紊乱患者。检测分析两组患者种植体稳定性、全
唾液中白细胞介素6（IL-6）、白细胞介素1β（IL-1β）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）水平, 并比较两组患者治疗时间与口腔
功能恢复时间。结果：两组患者种植前、种植后1个月和3个月出血指数及探诊深度比较，无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）；两组患
者种植即刻、种植后1个月、3个月种植体稳定性比较，无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）；两组种植前、种植后1个月及3个月IL-
1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组患者治疗时间及口腔功能恢复时间比较，无统计学差
异（P ＞0.05）。结论：脂代谢紊乱的义齿种植患者与脂代谢水平正常患者均具有良好的种植体稳定性，且两者的治疗时间
与口腔功能恢复时间基本相同，即两者在义齿种植术后均可取得良好预后。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of lipid metabolism on the repairing effect of denture implantation,to provide a
reference for improving the prognosis of patients with clinical denture implantation and obtaining good repair effect. Methods
83 cases of denture implant patients were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 as the object of study, they
were divided into the observation group and control group according to the normal level of lipid metabolism in patients,among
them, 36 cases of patients with normal lipid metabolism were the control group,47 cases of patients with lipid metabolism
disorders were the observation group. The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the whole saliva were measured by comparing the
stability of the two groups, and the time of treatment and the recovery time of oral function were compared between the two
groups. Results There was no significant difference between the comparison of two groups of patients before planting, 1 month
and 3 months after planting bleeding index and probing depth(P ＞0.05); the difference was no statistically significant of the
stability of the implant in the two groups of patients were implanted immediately, between 1 month and 3 months after planting
(P ＜0.05);there were significant differences in IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α levels between the two groups before and 1 month and
3 months after implantation (P ＜0.05);there was no significant difference in treatment time and recovery time of oral function
between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Lipid Metabolism Dentures Planted Patients with Normal Lipid Metabolism
Levels both have Good Implant Stability,and the treatment time and oral function recovery time between the two groups is
basically the same,that is to say, they both can achieve good prognosis after denture implantation.
