摘要:
[摘要]肉毒毒素作为一种神经制剂，在医疗美容领域具有广泛的应用。正确评价肉毒毒素的治疗效果，对于指导肉毒毒素的
用药具有重要意义。本文就目前文献中肉毒毒素的评价指标及特点进行综述。肉毒毒素的评价主要围绕其有效性和安全性展
开，有效性评价包括主观指标（如满意度评分/患者报告量表/第三方评价量表等）及客观指标；同时将逐一介绍这些评价方
法及其优缺点，并重点提出将保留率作为评价肉毒素治疗的有效性指标及其目前研究状况、特点和进展。
Abstract:

Abstract: Botulinum toxin-A is one type of neurotoxin, and has been widely used in medical aesthetics. Therefore it is
important to accurately assess the clinical effect of botulinum toxin-A. Here we reviewed current parameters assessing the effect
of Botulinum toxin-A in literature: efficacy and safety The efficacy of BTX-A injection is measured in manyways, including
subjective questionnaires (e.g. patient’s personalsatisfaction scale/Patient-reported outcomes/subjective scales)and objective
parameters. Here we will discuss in details the pros and cons of these assessment systems. Further we will introduce the use of
retention rate as an objective parameter in assessingthe therapeutic effect of Botulinum toxin-A, with focus on its current use,
featuresand development.
