摘要:

[摘要]A型肉毒毒素作为一种嗜神经毒素曾广泛应用于肌张力障碍性疾病。近年来，研究发现其在镇痛方面有明确的效果而
被应用于各类头痛和神经性疼痛。笔者医院门诊出现数例应用A型肉毒毒素除皱后偏头痛明显缓解的患者，通过查阅文献得
知慢性偏头痛是A型肉毒毒素在镇痛方面作用最确切、应用最广的疾病，但其机制、注射方法、远期疗效等仍处于探索阶
段。本文查阅近年来国内外文献，就A型肉毒毒素治疗慢性偏头痛的机制、注射方法、与口服药物疗效对比及不良反应等方
面进行综述。

Abstract:
Abstract: Botulinum toxin A has been widely used in patients with dystonia as a neurotoxin. In recent years, studies have found
that it has definite effects on analgesia and is applied to various types of headache and neuropathic pain. There were several
cases of patients with migraine relieved significantly after the application of botulinum toxin type A when they were aimed to
remove wrinkles. Chronic migraine is the most widely used disease in the analgesia of botulinum toxin type A and the effect is
obvious. But the mechanism, injection method and long-term efficacy are still in the exploratory stage. This article reviews the
recent developments at home and abroad and summarizes advances on the mechanism, injection method, comparison with oral
drugs and adverse reactions of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of chronic migraine.
