[摘要]目的：探究渐进式护理干预在手外伤患者皮瓣移植修复中的临床应用效果及对皮瓣成活率的影响。方法：选取2016年
1月-2016年12月于笔者医院手外科行皮瓣移植术的患者220例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组110例。对照组实施围手术期
常规护理，观察组实施渐进式护理。比较两组患者皮瓣成活情况、伤口感染情况、手功能预后以及患者满意度。结果：观察
组皮瓣移植成活率为97.3%（107/110），高于对照组的93.6%（103/110），差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.26，P ＜0.05）。观察
组伤口感染发生率为2.7%（3/110），低于对照组的5.5%（6/110），差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.37，P ＜0.05）。观察组患者
手功能恢复优良率为91.8%高于对照组的82.7%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者对护理工作质量和病房舒适程
度及总体满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：手外伤皮瓣移植术围手术期实施渐进式护理干预能
够有效提高皮瓣成活率，减少感染发生率，改善术后手功能恢复，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of progressive nursing intervention in the patients with hand trauma flap
transplantation and the effect on the survival rate of the skin flap. Methods 220 cases of skin flap transplantation in hand
surgery from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group
randomly, 110 cases in each group. In the control group, the routine nursing was carried out in the perioperative period, and the
observation group carried out progressive nursing. The survival of the two groups, the infection of the wound, the prognosis
of the hand function and the patient satisfaction were compared. Results The survival rate of skin flap transplantation in
observation group was 97.3% (107/110), which was higher than that in control group (93.6%,103/110), the difference was
statistically significant(χ2=4.26,P ＜0.05). The incidence of wound infection in the observation group was 2.7% (3/110),
lower than in the control group (5.5%,6/110), the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.37,P ＜0.05). The excellent and
good rate of hand function recovery in the observation group was 91.8%, which was 82.7% higher than that in the control
group(P ＜0.05). The nursing quality, ward comfort and overall satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those
of the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The progressive nursing intervention in the peri operative period of hand trauma
flap transplantation can effectively improve the survival rate of the skin flap, reduce the incidence of infection, improve the
recovery of hand function after operation, and improve the patient’s satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
