[摘要]目的:探讨口腔正畸治疗后发生牙釉质脱矿的流行情况及预防对策。方法:选择笔者医院2016年4月-2017年10月收治
的364例口腔正畸治疗的患者为研究对象,探讨口腔正畸治疗后发生牙釉质脱矿的流行情况及预防对策。结果:364例患者,
口腔正畸治疗后发生牙釉质脱矿共62例,占17.03%,其中脱矿部位以上颌尖牙、上颌侧切牙、下颌尖牙居多。患者年龄<16
岁、正畸疗程≥1年、使用传统直线弓式矫治器、甜食摄入次数≥3次/周、饮用碳酸饮料次数≥1次/d、没有使用含氟牙膏、
刷牙次数<2次/d,以上均是导致口腔正畸治疗后发生牙釉质脱矿的独立危险因素(P <0.05)。结论:口腔正畸治疗后牙釉
质脱矿的发生率较高,针对常见的危险因素,及时给予合理的预防对策及建议,可降低牙釉质脱矿情况的发生。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the prevalence and countermeasures of enamel demineralization after orthodontic cosmetic
repair. Methods 364 cases of orthodontic orthodontic repair in hospital from April 2016 to October 2017 were selected to study
prevalence and countermeasures of enamel demineralization after orthodontic cosmetic repair. Results There were 62 cases
of enamel demineralization in 364 cases of orthodontic orthodontic restoration, accounting for 17.03% of the cases, including
maxillary incisors, maxillary incisors and mandibular incisors. The age of 16 years, the orthodontic treatment course more
than 1 years, the use of the traditional straight line appliance, the intake of dessert more than 3 times/weeks, the frequency of
drinking carbonated drinks more than 1 times/days, no fluoride toothpaste, the number of teeth brushed 2 times per day are
independent risk factors for enamel demineralization after orthodontic orthodontic repair (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence
of enamel demineralization after orthodontic orthodontic restoration is high, which needs to be paid more attention to. In order
to reduce the occurrence of enamel demineralization, reasonable preventive measures and suggestions are given in time for
common risk factors.
