[摘要]目的：比较无托槽隐形矫治器与传统直丝弓系统治疗轻中度拥挤错牙合畸形的治疗优势，为患者临床治疗选择提供参
考。方法：选取笔者医院收治的30例轻中度拥挤错牙合畸形患者，按照治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组，每组15例。对照
组采用传统直丝弓系统矫治器治疗，观察组采用无托槽隐形矫治器。测量两组患者治疗前后上下颌牙齿错位、上下颌颊侧区
咬牙合关系、覆盖、覆牙合、中线PAR指数，记录两组矫治所需时间，分别于治疗后2h、12h、24h、2d、7d评价两组患者疼痛强
度。结果：两组患者治疗前后上下颌牙齿错位、上下颌颊侧区咬牙合关系、覆盖、覆牙合、中线PAR指数比较，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05），且两组治疗后各项指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。观察组平均矫治时间(14.25±1.23)个月，
明显长于对照组(9.58±0.76)个月（t =12.509，P =0.000）；两组患者治疗后24h、2d时疼痛强度比较，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：无托槽隐形矫治器治疗轻中度拥挤错牙合畸形具有较好效果，且可减轻患者疼痛感，提高舒适性，但所
需矫治疗时间更长。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective By comparing the clinical curative effect of non-bracket invisible appliance and traditional straight wire
arch system in the treatment of mild to moderate crowding malocclusion, the therapeutic advantages of both are discussed, which
provides a reference for the choice of clinical treatment for patients. Methods 30 patients with mild to moderate malocclusion
were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, 15 cases in each group; the
control group was treated with traditional straight wire bow system; the observation group used no Bracket stealth appliance.The
dislocations of the upper and lower jaws, the upper and lower jaws, the occlusal relationship, the occlusal, occlusal, and midline
PAR index were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. The time required for treatment was recorded at 2 h, 12 h,
and 24 h after treatment. The pain intensity of the two groups was evaluated on the 2nd and 7th days. Results Before and after
treatment, the two groups of patients had upper and lower jaw dislocations, upper and lower jaw buccal occlusal relationships,
coverage, overbite, and midline PAR index(P ＜0.05), and the indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared(P ＞0.05).
The average time of treatment in the observation group was(14.25±1.23) months, which was significantly longer than the
control group(9.58±0.76) months, t =12.509, P =0.000.Pain intensity at 24 hours and 2 days after treatment in both groups was
compared(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The bracket-free invisible appliance has a good effect on the treatment of mild to moderate
crowded malocclusion, and can reduce the patient’s pain and improve comfort, but it requires longer treatment time.
