[摘要]目的：探讨无托槽Invisalign隐形矫治器对正畸治疗患者牙周组织和牙髓活力的影响。方法：选取2015年12月-2018
年4月在笔者医院口腔科接受治疗的90例牙列拥挤患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组45例。对照组应用自锁
托槽矫治器进行正畸治疗，研究组应用无托槽Invisalign隐形矫治器治疗。比较两组患者治疗后0、1、3、6、12、18、24
个月的牙周指数和牙髓活力变化。结果：①治疗后6～12个月，研究组的各牙周指数均显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05），治疗后18
个月，两组牙周指数的差异不明显（P＞0.05）；②治疗后3～18个月，与对照组相比，研究组的IL-1β与TNF-α的表达水平较
低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗18个月后，对比两组患者的IL-1β和TNF-α表达水平，差异不明显（P ＞0.05）；
③治疗后3～18个月，研究组的EPT值明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：Invisalign隐形矫治器有利于正畸治疗患者在矫
正前期牙周组织健康维护，降低牙龈炎的发病率，有助于促使正畸治疗后牙髓活力的提高和恢复，而当正畸开始18个月后，
两种矫治器对牙周组织和牙髓活力的影响无明显差别。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of bracketless invisalign appliance on periodontal tissue and pulp vitality in
patients with orthodontic treatment. Methods 90 patients with crowded dentition received treatment in the stomatology
department of our hospital from December 2015 to April 2018, 18 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided
into the control group and the study group, with 45 cases each. The control group was treated with a self-locking bracket for
orthodontic treatment, and the study group was treated with a bracketless invisalign appliance. Changes in periodontal index
and pulp vitality at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results ①From 6 to 12
months after treatment, the periodontal index of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and
the difference between the two groups was not significant after 18 months of treatment (P＞0.05).② From 3 to 18 months after
treatment, the expression levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P ＜0.05).
After 18 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in IL-1 beta and TNF-alpha levels between the two
groups (P ＞0.05).③ From 3 to 18 months after treatment, EPT value of the study group was significantly higher than that
of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Invisalign appliance is beneficial to the health maintenance of periodontal tissue
in the early stage of orthodontic treatment, reducing the incidence of gingivitis,and promoting the improvement and recovery of
pulp vitality after orthodontic treatment.However,after 18 months of orthodontic treatment, there is no significant difference in
the influence of the two orthodontic devices on periodontal tissue and pulp vitality.
