[摘要]目的：比较无托槽隐形矫治器与陶瓷自锁矫治器对成人正畸患者牙周健康的影响。方法：选取2016年10月-2018年10
月笔者科室就诊的80例成人安氏Ⅰ类牙列错牙合畸形患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组40例与观察组40例。对照组采用陶瓷
自锁矫治器矫治，观察组采用无托槽隐形矫治器矫治。分别于矫治前和矫治后1、3、6个月对两组患者牙菌斑指数（PLI）、
龈沟出血指数（SBI）、探诊深度（PD）进行检测。结果：矫治后，不同观察时间点PLI与矫治前比较差异有统计学意义（P
＜0.05），观察组PLI整体低于对照组（P ＜0.05），观察组PLI升高幅度小于对照组（P ＜0.05）；矫治后不同观察时间点
SBI与矫治前比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），两组SBI比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），两组SBI变化趋势比较差异
无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；矫治后，不同观察时间点PD与矫治前比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组PD比较差异无统计
学意义（P＞0.05），两组PD变化趋势比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：成人安氏Ⅰ类错牙合畸形牙列矫治中，无托槽
隐形矫治器相比陶瓷自锁矫治器对口腔卫生状况影响相对较小，但两种矫治器对牙周健康状况的影响无明显差别。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of bracketless invisible appliance and ceramic self-locking appliance on periodontal
health of adult patients undergoing orthodontics. Methods During the period from October 2016 to October 2018, 80 adult
patients with Angle I malocclusion who were treated in stomatology department of the hospital were enrolled. They were
divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group
was treated with ceramic self-locking appliance, while observation group was treated with bracketless invisible appliance.
Before correction, after 1, 3 and 6 months after correction, plaque index (PLI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and probing depth
(PD) in both groups were detected. Results The differences in scores of all parameters and total score in ABO assessment
system were not statistically significant between the two groups (P ＞0.05). The differences in PLI before and after correction
were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). PLI in observation group was lower than that in control group as a whole (P ＜0.05), and
increase amplitude of PLI was less than that in control group (P ＜0.05). The differences in SBI before and after correction were
statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The differences in SBI between the two groups were not statistically significant (P ＞0.05).
The differences in change trends of SBI between the two groups were not statistically significant (P ＞0.05). The differences in
PD before and after correction were not statistically significant (P ＞0.05). The differences in PD between the two groups were
not statistically significant (P ＞0.05). The differences in change trends of PD between the two groups were not statistically
significant (P ＞0.05). Conclusion In the correction treatment of adult patients with Angle I malocclusion, the effects of
bracketless invisible appliance are fewer on oral hygiene compared with ceramic self-locking appliance. However, there are no
significant differences in the effects of the two appliances on periodontal health status.
