摘要:
[摘要]口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中，口腔正畸科轮转时间很短而容易被忽视，却不可或缺。目前，针对口腔全科住院医
师的正畸教学经验尚缺乏文献报道。本文介绍了口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中的一些正畸教学经验，主要是从临床实际需
求出发，了解培养对象，明确培养目标，制定适合口腔全科医师的培训与考核方案，并强调多学科的交叉融合，以求提高口
腔全科住院医师的正畸知识水平。

Abstract:
Abstract: Standardized residency training of general dentists tend to neglect the importance of orthodontics and often assign
insufficient time to the practical training of orthodontics. At present, there is a lack of reports on the orthodontic teaching experience
for general dentistry residents. This paper introduced our experience of standardized training in orthodontics. Approached from the
perspective of clinical needs, this paper is intended to provide a better understanding of the trainees, specify training objectives, and
emphasize the importance of integrating knowledge and skills from various disciplines to improve trainees’ orthodontic knowledge,
to thereby develop a training and assessment program that is ideally suited for general dentistry residency.
