摘要:
[摘要]目的：分析口腔正畸联合牙周组织再生治疗对慢性牙周炎患者临床疗效、炎性因子及美观度的影响。方法：分析2017
年5月-2019年5月于笔者医院牙周科接受诊治的92例慢性牙周炎患者临床资料，按手术方法的不同分为联合组（n =47）和对
照组（n=45）。联合组给予口腔正畸联合牙周组织再生技术治疗，对照组进行牙周组织再生技术。比较两组临床疗效，术前
及术后牙周功能：菌斑指数（Paque index，PLI）、牙龈出血指数（Gingival bleeding index，GBI）、探诊深度（Probing
depth，PD）、探诊出血（Bleeding on Probing，BOP）及附着丧失（Attachment loss，AL）水平，术前及术后炎性因
子水平：血清白介素-6（Serum interleukin-6，IL-6）、白介素-8（Serum interleukin-8，IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子
-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）及美观满意度。结果：治疗前，两组PLI、GBI、PD、BOP及AL比较无显著性
差异（P ＞0.05），治疗后，两组PLI、GBI、PD、BOP及AL水平较同组治疗前降低，且联合组低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗
前，两组IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α比较无显著性差异（P ＞0.05），治疗后，两组IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α水平较同组治疗前降低，
且联合组低于及对照组（P ＜0.05）。联合组临床总有效率（97.87%）高于对照组（86.67%）（P ＜0.05）；联合组治疗后美
观、口腔清洁、牙龈健康及整体满意度较对照组高（P ＜0.05）；联合组并发症发生率（4.26%）与对照组（11.11%）比较无
显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。结论：口腔正畸联合牙周组织再生治疗可改善慢性牙周炎患者牙周功能，降低其炎症因子水平，
提高患者美观满意度，疗效佳、安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration on the clinical
efficacy, inflammatory factors and aesthetics of patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients
with chronic periodontitis diagnosed and treated in the periodontics of this hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were analyzed.
According to the differences in surgical methods, they were divided into a combined group (n=47) and a control group (n=45).
The combined group was treated with orthodontics combined with periodontal tissue regeneration, and the control group was
treated with periodontal tissue regeneration.The clinical efficacy and periodontal function before and after operation: Paque
index (PLI), Gingival bleeding index (GBI), Probing depth (PD), Bleeding on Probing (BOP) and Attachment loss (AL) levels,
preoperative and postoperative inflammatory factor levels: serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and tumor necrosis
factor-α (TNF-α) and satisfaction with aesthetic were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no
difference in PLI, GBI, PD, BOP and AL between the two groups (P ＞0.05). After treatment, the levels of PLI, GBI, PD, BOP
and AL in the combined group and the control group were lower than those in the same group before treatment, and the levels
in the combined group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05) There was no difference in IL-4, IL-8 and TNF-α
between the two groups before treatment (P ＞0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-8 and TNF-α in the combined group
and the control group were lower than those in the same group before treatment and the levels in the combined group were
lower than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the combined group (97.87%) was higher
than that of the control group (86.67%) (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the beauty, oral hygiene, gum health and overall satisfaction
of the combined group were higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of
complications between the combined group (4.26%) and the control group(11.11%)(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Orthodontics
combined with periodontal tissue regeneration can improve the periodontal function of patients with chronic periodontitis,
reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve the satisfaction with aesthetic of patients, have good efficacy and high safety,
and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
