摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨射频技术联合透明质酸钠填充改善皮肤型鼻唇沟的临床疗效及安全性。方法：回顾性分析35例临床诊断为
皮肤型鼻唇沟就医者的临床资料，均采用射频提升联合透明质酸钠填充。鼻唇沟外上方面颊部射频提升治疗共5次。分别于
第1次和第5次射频治疗治疗完成后1周，行鼻唇沟区透明质酸钠不同层面填充。在不同时间点对其效果及安全性进行评估。
结果：治疗后随访1～12个月，35例就医者鼻唇沟凹陷均到了一定程度的改善，疗效维持时间6～18个月，均无严重并发症发
生。结论：射频提升联合透明质酸钠填充可以显著改善皮肤型鼻唇沟，且维持效果相对持久、安全性较高，值得推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of deep blue radio frequency combined with hyaluronic acid
filling in the treatment of skin type nasolabial fold. Methods 35 patients who wanted improvement of nasolabial grooves
were involved in the study. All the patients received deep blue radio frequency 5 times, and experienced filling with hyaluronic
acid 2 times. The nasolabial grooves were graded before, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after treatment. The total effective
rate, duration, and safety of clinical treatment were observed. Results Following up for 1-12 months after treatment, the
nasolabial depression of 35 patients was improved to a certain extent. The curative effect lasted for 6-18 months without serious
complications. Conclusion Radio frequency combined with hyaluronic acid filling is effective on the treatment of nasolabial
fold. And the maintenance effect is relatively durable and safe.
